    If unfortunately you forget your password, please don't worry. It's easy to reset it.

    On our sign in page, please click "Forget Password" button. Then enter your completed registration email address.

    You will receive an email sent by our system automatically, which will help you reset your password.

    3). You may also take advantage of the search filters on the left side of our product pages.

    If fortunately you have the picture of the shoes, dresses, bags or anklets you want, then you can contact our customer service at service@shoespie.com with detailed information (Our customer service staff can provide one-on-one service for the material, color, size, etc.). In this way, you will know if you can get your expected product.

    As a part of the shoespie.com feedback system, product reviews system enables you to submit reviews for any products you purchased on shoespie.com to help other buyers make purchase decisions. For guidelines on how to create reviews and use this feedback system, please read below (Note: These reviews are products-based).

  • 2.Creating Reviews

    If you want to post review on a product, you should finish all the process of purchasing. Then your review will appear on the product detail page after it was submitted. 

    Here's how to create a review, and we will tell you step by step.


    First,

    Sign in your shoespie.com account and visit "My Account".

    (Note: You must have completed the purchase of the product before creating a review on it.)

    Second,

    Click "My Reviews" button in the My Account section; then you will see a list of items waiting for your reviews.

    Third,

    Choose the item you want to review by clicking the "Write a Review" button on the "My Reviews" page. Rate on a star scale for the item base your real experience and enter your comment in the box provided. Your evaluation is very important for us to improve our services.

    Fourth:

    You can preview your review and then press the "Submit Review" button to finish.


Order Making
  • 1. How to make an order

    Here are some instructions to help you place an order:

    1- Register on shoespie.com.

    2- Log in your Shoespie account.

    3- Search or browse products. Type the number in the quantity box of your favorite items and click "ADD TO BAG", one piece at least. The quantities can be adjusted in case you change your mind. Products in your shopping cart are saved while you are looking for other items. Your items will be saved if you log out or accidentally close your browser.

    4- If you want to know the total price including shipping costs, please fill in the shipping address on the address page, you can see the shipping method, shipping costs and shipping time.

    5- You can refer to the payment method you prefer on the payment page.

    If you don't want to register, you can choose "check as guest". In this way, we won't record any of your information. But at the same time, you can't find the information about your previous orders.

    After receiving your payment, we will begin to prepare your items at once. Tracking number and tracking links will be sent to your registered email address after your items shipped out.


  • 2. How can I check order status

    You should sign in first with the correct and the same email address and password as when you make the order. Then click the "My Account"button, and you can view your order status.
